Your revenue data lives in GrowPanel. Your sales and success teams live in HubSpot. The new HubSpot integration keeps the two in sync — so the people talking to customers always know their real subscription state.

Customer state, where your team works

Once connected, GrowPanel keeps each customer's subscription reality flowing into HubSpot: their current MRR, plan, status (trialing, active, past due, churned), and the key dates that matter — when they started paying, when they're at risk, when they cancelled.

That means your CRM stops being a stale snapshot of "closed-won" and starts reflecting what's actually happening in billing. A CSM can see at a glance that an account has downgraded twice this quarter. A sales rep can spot an expansion opportunity because MRR just jumped. Ops can build lists and workflows on live revenue data instead of a manual export.

Set up once, stays in sync

Connecting is a few clicks in Settings → Integrations → HubSpot — authorize, and GrowPanel handles the ongoing sync. No CSV exports, no brittle Zaps to babysit. As customers move through their lifecycle in your billing system, those changes land in HubSpot on their own.

It's built to be the foundation for the rest of your go-to-market automation: trigger a check-in when an account goes past due, alert an owner on a downgrade, kick off an expansion play when MRR grows. The data GrowPanel already computes becomes the signal your HubSpot workflows fire on.

Part of a growing set of destinations

HubSpot is one of several ways to get your subscription data out of GrowPanel and into the tools your team already uses — alongside Slack and Teams alerts, webhooks, the API, and the Google Sheets add-on. Wherever your team works, the numbers can follow.

The HubSpot integration is live now. See how to connect it.
