Talk to your subscription data: the hosted MCP server

What if you could just ask your subscription analytics a question, in plain language, from inside ChatGPT or Claude — and get real numbers back from your live GrowPanel account? That's what the new hosted MCP server makes possible.

One URL, zero install

MCP (the Model Context Protocol) is the emerging standard for connecting AI assistants to real tools and data. GrowPanel now runs a hosted MCP server at mcp.growpanel.io — so you don't install anything. You add it as a connector in ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or any MCP-compatible client, log in once via secure OAuth, and you're connected.

From there you can ask things like:

• "What was my MRR churn by month this year — logo and MRR churn?"
• "Show retention for customers who signed up in Q1."
• "Which plans are growing fastest? List my top customers by MRR."

The assistant calls GrowPanel's report engine directly and answers from your actual data — MRR, retention, cohorts, movements, cashflow, customers and plans — all in your account's base currency.

Safe by design

The connection uses OAuth 2.1: no passwords or API keys are ever shared with the AI provider, access is scoped to the account and role you choose, and you can revoke it anytime from Settings → Integrations. Read-only users stay read-only. Tools that can change data are clearly marked, so the assistant knows what's a lookup and what's an action.

It's the same 14 tools whether you use the hosted server or the local (stdio) package — pick whichever fits your setup.

Analytics that meets you where you think

The point isn't to replace the dashboard. It's to let you interrogate your business the way you'd ask a colleague — follow-up questions, comparisons, "now break that down by plan" — without clicking through reports. Your metrics, in the tool you're already thinking in.
