GrowPanel writes nine growpanel_* custom properties onto matching companies or contacts on every sync:

  • MRR and ARR (in your base currency)
  • Total amount paid (lifetime)
  • Status (lead / trial / active / churned / paused)
  • Current plan name and plan group
  • Paid started, trial started, cancel date, next billing date

Pull enrichment data back into GrowPanel

Map any HubSpot property — industry, employee count, lifecycle stage, owner, custom fields — into GrowPanel custom variables. They become filterable across every report and dashboard.

Pair with HubSpot Breeze Intelligence (paid add-on) for automatic firmographic enrichment, or use your own data — GrowPanel doesn't care where the values come from.

Flexible matching

Match GrowPanel customers to HubSpot records by:

  • Email — exact match (best for contacts)
  • Email domain — for B2B companies
  • GrowPanel customer ID — most reliable once linked
