For a long time our home page did what most SaaS home pages do: a headline, a few screenshots, and a list of features. It was accurate, but it never really showed what GrowPanel is: a system that takes every event from your billing platform and turns it into numbers you can trust, the moment they happen.

So we rebuilt it. The new home page is less about telling you what GrowPanel does and more about letting you watch it happen.

Live product, not pictures of it

Every product image on the page is now a working, animated version of the real app, built in plain HTML and SVG rather than exported screenshots. The dashboard updates the way it does in GrowPanel: a new customer slides into Latest activity, and MRR, ARR and the MRR breakdown flash green or red as they change. The cohort heatmap reshapes itself as it switches between segments. The cashflow report changes reporting currency and recalculates. And the MRR forecast moves its scenario sliders so you can see a forecast bend up or down.

We also show the parts people usually only discover after signing up: the weekly email report arriving in an inbox, GrowPanel on a phone, and GrowPanel AI answering a question.

How the engine works

The section I'm happiest with explains how GrowPanel actually works, drawn as what it is: an engine. Events arrive from Stripe, Chargebee, Recurly, our API or Google Sheets and enter the core. Each one runs once around its ring. The top half is the pipeline every event goes through: it's ingested and verified, normalized (plans, discounts, taxes and currencies), each customer's MRR is rebuilt from their complete billing history, the change is classified as new, expansion, contraction, churn or reactivation, and the result is stored. The bottom half is what keeps running all the time: the data is replicated three times, synced to your CRM, and rechecked every five minutes so no event is ever missed.

Two things feed the engine from the side. An FX rates database, updated four times a day, supplies the exchange rates used when amounts are normalized, so a €99 subscription lands in your reports as the right number of dollars for that day. And HubSpot is connected both ways: GrowPanel pushes MRR, plan and status onto your companies or contacts, and pulls properties like industry and owner back in, so you can filter and group every report by them.

The GrowPanel engine: billing sources feed a core with a five-stage pipeline, FX rates and a two-way HubSpot sync, with live outputs

That "rebuilt from source" step matters more than it sounds. It means your numbers don't drift over time as small errors pile up. If something changes in your billing history, the customer's MRR is recalculated from scratch, not patched.

Every currency, and a look ahead

A dotted globe shows payments arriving in their local currencies and being converted into your reporting currency using daily exchange rates. It's the easiest way I've found to explain why multi-currency is hard, and why we take it seriously. Below it, a new forecasting section shows the MRR forecast we launched earlier this month.

Built for AI

More and more of our customers work with their numbers through AI assistants, so the page now has a section on exactly that: the MCP server that connects GrowPanel to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, GrowPanel AI inside the app, the CLI, our SDKs for TypeScript, Python and Go, and the REST API and webhooks.

Work with GrowPanel from any AI: MCP server, GrowPanel AI, CLI, SDKs and API

There are also buttons to ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Grok or Google about GrowPanel directly. If you're comparing tools, that's a fair way to do it.

Fast, even with all the motion

A page full of animation can easily become slow and distracting, so we set a few rules. There are no animation libraries; everything is a few kilobytes of our own code. Each animation only runs while it's on screen, and pauses when you switch tabs. And if your device is set to reduce motion, you get a calm, finished version of every scene instead.

Take a look at the new home page, and as always, I'd love to hear what you think.
