When will the Paddle integration be ready?
We're building it now. Beta testers get it first, as soon as it imports real Paddle accounts correctly, and we'll email everyone on the list when it's their turn. We'd rather launch it late than launch it with wrong numbers.
What access will GrowPanel need?
A Paddle API key with read permissions for things like subscriptions, transactions, customers and adjustments. With read-only permissions, GrowPanel can't create, change or cancel anything in your Paddle account.
Paddle Billing or Paddle Classic?
We're building for Paddle Billing first. If you're on Paddle Classic, or in the middle of moving, join anyway and tell us. It helps us decide what comes next.
Why is Paddle data different from Stripe data?
Paddle is the merchant of record: it sells to your customers, handles sales tax and VAT, takes its fee and pays you out, sometimes in another currency. So what a customer pays isn't the same as your MRR. GrowPanel will keep tax and fees apart from subscription revenue, the same way it does for Stripe, Chargebee and Recurly.
Can I use it together with Stripe?
Yes. A GrowPanel account can combine several billing sources, so you can connect Stripe or Chargebee today and add Paddle when it's ready.
What does it cost?
GrowPanel is free until you're above $200k ARR. After that, plans are priced by ARR, billed monthly or annually.
