Set up in minutes

  1. Add an Alunta data source

    In GrowPanel, go to Settings, then Sources, choose Other billing sources and pick Alunta.

  2. Approve read-only access

    Pick your Alunta team and approve reading customers, subscriptions, invoices and plans.

  3. Let the import run

    Customers are discovered, then processed. It takes seconds to minutes for most accounts.

  4. Explore your metrics

    Reports fill in as the import runs, and webhooks keep them current after that.

Can GrowPanel change anything in Alunta?

No. The integration is read-only by design. GrowPanel can't modify customers, change subscriptions or create invoices.

Will plan changes show up correctly?

Yes. Alunta records a plan change as a cancellation followed by a new subscription. GrowPanel detects the pattern and records a single plan change, so churn isn't overstated.

Will the cashflow report work?

Yes, when you use Alunta's online payment options (Stripe, OnPay or QuickPay). Payments made outside Alunta can't be seen, so cashflow stays empty for those.

Is failed payment tracking available?

Not for Alunta. It relies on payment details Alunta doesn't expose to integrations. Every other report works.

What does it cost?

GrowPanel is free until you're above $200k ARR. After that, plans are priced by ARR, billed monthly or annually.
