Export your customers and MRR movements

One thing I've always felt strongly about: your data is yours. You should be able to take it with you, analyze it in your own tools, share it with your board, or just have a backup. No lock-in, no "please contact sales to export."

Starting today, GrowPanel supports full data exports for your customers and MRR movements.

What you can export

From the new Data Exports section, you can download:

• Customers – Every customer record with their current status, MRR, plan, country, currency, trial dates, churn dates, custom variables, and everything else GrowPanel tracks
• MRR movements – The complete history of every subscription event: new business, expansion, contraction, churn, reactivation, plan changes – with dates, amounts, currencies, and plan details

The exports come as CSV files that you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or feed into any BI tool or data warehouse.

Why this matters

Analytics tools should empower you, not trap you. If GrowPanel is doing its job well, you'll want to stay because the reports are useful and the data is accurate – not because leaving is hard.

But beyond the principle, there are practical reasons you might want to export:

• Board reporting – Drop the CSV into a slide deck or a custom spreadsheet template your investors expect
• Custom analysis – Run your own formulas, build pivot tables, or feed the data into R or Python for deeper exploration
• Auditing – Verify the numbers against your billing system or accounting records
• Migration – If you ever need to move to a different tool, your history comes with you

No limits, no friction

The exports include your full dataset – not a sample, not the last 90 days, not "up to 10,000 rows." Everything, from the first customer to the latest movement.

You'll find the Data Exports section in the GrowPanel dashboard. Select what you want to export, and download. That's it.
